To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires. Consequences of cancellation If you cancel this contract, we will have all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from the fact that you have a different type of delivery than the one we offer, have chosen cheap standard delivery), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.

The prices for the offered wines are stated in Euros (EUR or €) and are per bottle. Unless otherwise indicated, these are bottles of 0.75 liters. The prices remain valid at the time of the order as they were presented on the website. Prices are from our place of business including VAT, if applicable sparkling wine tax and do not include packaging and shipping.

Reservation of proprietary rights
Immich-Anker Winery retains title to all goods that are delivered by it to a buyer, prior to the final and full payment of the purchase price and any shipping costs.
Storage and accessibility of the contract text
We save the contract text and send you the order summary and terms & conditions by email with the order confirmation.
The statutory warranty regulations are to be considered valid.
Payment is made through a SEPA - Transfer. New customers always pay in advance or PayPal, existing customers pay on receipt of invoice enclosed with the order.
The customer may cancel the holiday any time prior to the trip. It is recommended to declare the withdrawal in writing to avoid misunderstandings. Effective date is the receipt of cancellation at Immich-Anker Winery. In case of cancellation by the tour participants, Immich-Anker Winery must receive compensation for the arrangements and expenses as follows:
a. until the 12th day prior to departure 40% of travel price
b. from the 11th to the 03rd day prior to departure 60%
c. later than 3 days before arrival or no-show 90% of the travel price
